Abstract:
A smart active system for managing a restaurant franchise service, according to a technical idea of the present invention, comprises: a quality check category generation unit for generating a quality check category for a restaurant franchise service; a performance status information collection unit for collecting, from a manager terminal of a restaurant franchise store, information about whether to perform a quality check on items according to the generated quality check category; and a performance mission information management unit for transmitting performance mission information to the manager terminal on the basis of the collected performance status information according to the importance of the generated quality check category.
