Abstract:
A smart base (10) and a drinking fountain (1). The smart base (10) comprises a base body (100), a smart head (200), a blocking member (300), and a floater (400). A mounting groove (410) is mounted on the floater (400), a guide groove (420) extending in an up-down direction is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting groove (410), and a fastener (121) capable of snapping and moving up and down is fitted in the guide groove (420). The blocking member (300) is disposed on the floater (400) and moves along with the floater (400).
