Abstract:
A lithium battery core, the lithium battery core comprising: a wound-type electrode assembly, the wound-type electrode assembly mainly being composed of a stacked and wound positive electrode plate, diaphragm, and negative electrode plate; one end of the wound-type electrode assembly being provided with at least two connecting electrode lugs, one connecting electrode lug being connected to the positive electrode plate, and the other connecting electrode lug being connected to the negative electrode plate; and an aluminium plastic film coating the wound-type electrode assembly and sealing the wound-type electrode assembly. In one embodiment, the second end of the wound-type electrode assembly may be coated with an electrode protective adhesive; in another embodiment, the lithium battery core also comprises a switching electrode lug having one end extending into an accommodating cavity of the aluminium plastic film and being welded to a welding section of the connecting electrode lugs positioned away from the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate, the outer surface of the welding seal of the switching electrode lug and the connecting electrode lug being coated with a welding seal protective adhesive. The arrangement of the electrode protective adhesive or the welding seal protective adhesive can reduce the risk of the aluminium plastic film being punctured, improving the safety of the lithium battery core. Also provided in the present invention is a smart battery.
