Smart card reader with location identification and transferring data to server via GPRS system composes of central processing unit operating by electricity from power supply unit with command panel for sending data to central processing unit, or with card reading base for reading data that showed on or kept in card, or with personal identity scanner base for reading personal identity data. It also composes of display monitor to show data and composes of GPS unit to identify the location of the reader or the reader user, or equip with camera to capture the landscape photo of the reader location, or equip with microphone to record or send sound from the reader location, or equip with speaker to broadcast the sound from the reader location, and equip with weight and height measurement unit and to send the measured data with data in ID card sending back to health agency or organization for further utilizing.

Smart card reader with location identification and transferring data to server via GPRS system composes of central processing unit ( I ) which is operated by electricity from power supply unit (2) that supply electricity to central processing unit (1 ) or other components by electric power conductor (3), and

Central processing unit (1) is equipped with card reader base (6) which is board or slot for swipe or insertion of card for reading data placed on or into said card, for example, barcode, data contained in chip or memory, or magnetic stripe or code, for instance, and sending data to central processing unit (1) by card reader base signal conductor (7), or

Technical Field

Engineering related to smart card reader with location identification and transferring data to server via GPRS system.

Background Art

Refer to Thai Petty Patent number 7466 (Thai Petty Patent Application number 1203000717) which showed one model of smart card reader that could identify location of the reader and connected to server via GPRS system contained of limitation that there is no weight or height measurement device that could display weight or height of population with comparison value by age group. Then, the reader could not send weight and height data with detail in ID card back to health agency or organization so that health agency or organization cannot know such data to evaluate and implement health problem issues in that area, and cannot know deviation in weight or height comparing with average value by age group. As a result, the agency or organization could not solve the problem, such as, overweight or underweight issue, on time.

Characteristic and Purpose of the Invention

Smart card reader with location identification and transferring data to server via GPRS system composes of central processing unit operating by electricity from power supply unit with command panel for sending data to central processing unit, or with card reading base for reading data that showed on or kept in card, or with personal identity scanner base for reading personal identity data. It also composes of display monitor to show data and composes of GPS unit to identify the location of the reader or the reader user, or equip with camera to capture the landscape photo of the reader location, or equip with microphone to record or send sound from the reader location, or equip with speaker to broadcast the sound from the reader location, and equip with weight and height measurement unit and to send the measured data with data in ID card sending back to health agency or organization for further utilizing.

The purpose of this invention is modification from Thai Petty Patent number 7466 (Thai Petty Patent Application number 1203000717) to let the smart card reader could be identified the location and connect data between the reader and server via GPRS. Weight and height data is to be transferred via weight and height measurement unit, sending with data in ID card to health agency or organization for comparison and further analysis or utilization.
