Abstract:
A smart ceramic negative-ion hair dryer, comprising a power cable (1), a housing (2), a motor (3), fan blades (4) and a power switch. The power switch is provided on the surface of the housing (2), the power cable (1) is fixed within the interior of the housing (2) and provides power for the hair dryer, the rotary shaft of the motor (3) is fixedly connected to the fan blades (4), and the fan blades (4) are driven to rotate by the motor (3). Further comprised are a ceramic heat generating component (5) consisting of several ceramic heat generating sheets (501) in parallel, a metal support component (6) and a smart control module mainboard (7). The ceramic heat generating component (5), the motor (3) and the fan blades (4) are sequentially fixed in the interior of the housing (2) by the metal support component (6); the ceramic heat generating sheets (501) are fixed in a structure shaped like the Chinese character '米', the smart control module mainboard (7) is used for adjusting voltage at both ends of the ceramic heat generating component (5), thus adjusting the temperature of air at the outlet. The ceramic heat generating component (5) is stably fixed in the interior of the hair dryer by the metal support component (6), avoiding the problem that an insulating rubber piece is softened due to heating and thus cannot stably fix the ceramic heat generating body. In addition, the smart control module mainboard (7) can be used to adjust voltage at both ends of the ceramic heat generating component (5), thus adjusting the outlet air temperature of the hair dryer.
