Abstract:
A smart cutting system comprises a machine body (0), a directional shaft connected to the machine body (0), a cutting unit, a workpiece turntable, a power unit and a control unit (10). The cutting unit is connected to the directional shaft to perform a cutting action on a workpiece. The workpiece turntable is provided on the machine body (0), and comprises two oppositely-disposed work positions. The workpiece turntable can switch each of the two work positions to a location below the cutting unit to perform a cutting operation. The power unit is connected to the cutting unit, the workpiece turntable and the directional shaft respectively to provide a driving force. The control unit (10) is connected to the cutting unit, the workpiece turntable, the directional shaft and the power unit respectively. The smart cutting system can reduce the time for loading and unloading material during a cutting process, thus reducing time and costs, providing an additional detection solution for a cutting tool, and ensuring performance and safety of a cutting operation.
