Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling media content by using a smart device, and a method for controlling media content, according to one aspect of the present invention, is performed by a smart device having an operating state including a wake-up word detection state in which whether a sound signal received from the outside includes wake-up words is determined and a listening state for recognizing a voice command included in the sound signal, and comprises the steps of: adjusting the volume of the media content when entering the listening state during playing of the media content; and displaying, together with video data of the media content, text data corresponding to audio data in which the volume has been adjusted.
