A flash switch apparatus, comprising a mounting bottom housing having a mounting cavity, a front surface panel clamped to a surface of the mounting bottom housing and capable of moving back and forth along a pre-configured direction so as to cause change a switch state, and an elastic return mechanism disposed in the mounting cavity and used to cause the front surface panel to return to a powered-on state position in a process of moving, the apparatus also having a multiple working position state switching mechanism, the elastic return mechanism maintaining elastic support of the front surface panel when the state switching mechanism is in a first working position state; the flexible return mechanism disconnecting elastic support of the front surface panel when the state switching mechanism is in a second working position state. Thus, by means of working position state switching of a state switching mechanism, it is possible to cause a flash switch apparatus to be in "flash mode" and "ordinary mode" states, and in the flash mode state, it is possible to conveniently and stably cause an electronic smart device to maintain a long-term powered-on state, preventing misoperation from causing accidental powering off. A smart device, the beneficial effects thereof being as described above.
