Provided by the present application are a smart dialog method, apparatus, device, storage medium, and program. The method comprises: obtaining a text sequence of input information; according to a preset word mover's distance (WMD) algorithm, matching said text sequence with at least one preset intention text information to obtain target intention text information; if said target intention text information comprises word-slot filling information, then determining first output information according to said word-slot filling information and at least one preset word slot to be filled; said first output information representing reply information corresponding to the text sequence. The smart dialog method provided by the present application is capable of responding flexibly to complex forms of dialog, resulting in efficient and friendly human-computer dialog.
