Abstract:

A smart distribution apparatus for items in cold-chain logistics, which relates to the technical field of cold-chain logistics. The smart distribution apparatus comprises an apparatus frame (11), on which the following components are sequentially arranged from top to bottom: a top frame (12) mounted at a top end of the apparatus frame; a material loading assembly (13) obliquely mounted on the top frame; a feeding assembly (14) mounted on the top frame, with a feeding end thereof facing a material carrying surface of the material loading assembly; a primary distribution case (15) mounted on the apparatus frame and located at the end of the material loading assembly, with an outer wall of the primary distribution case being provided with several primary distribution openings (34) based on the height of materials; a secondary distribution case (16), which is arranged on the apparatus frame and on the periphery of the primary distribution case along the primary distribution openings and is provided with several secondary distribution slots (44) based on the width of the materials; and a cooling assembly (19) arranged on an upper edge of a secondary conveyor track (18) to ensure the temperature of the materials. The apparatus precisely distributes the materials, so as to facilitate packing for cold-chain logistics according to similar volumes.
