Abstract:
A smart drill stem, comprises a drill stem body (1), a nano-generator (110), a sensor unit (111), a power supply unit (19) and a main control unit (18). An upper drill stem connector (11) is provided at one end of a drill stem tube body (15), and a lower drill stem connector (16) is provided at the other end of the drill stem tube body. Several mounting unit holes (117) are provided on the lower drill stem connector and/or the upper drill stem connector. The nano-generator, the sensor unit, the power supply unit and the main control unit are separately located in the corresponding mounting unit holes respectively, and are electrically connected by means of a first cable (114). An upper antenna mounting ring groove (116) is provided on the upper drill stem connector, and a lower antenna mounting ring groove (115) is provided on the lower drill stem connector. An upper coil (12) is provided in the upper antenna mounting ring groove, and a lower coil (17) is provided in the lower antenna mounting ring groove. The upper coil and the lower coil are both electrically connected to the main control unit by means of a second cable (14). The smart drill stem enables data measurement and transmission. Further disclosed is a downhole data transmission system comprising the smart drill stem.
