CLAIMS It is the smart drum middle shaft that ensures the wear of textile materials, that is to get an effect, thanks to its rotational torque with the abrasive material on it, and it is characterized by; it is made of stainless steel material, which has two types, front controlled by the servo engine and rear controlled by the main engine. It has a structure that extends from the center of the washing machine drum backplate (51) to the washing machine cover (4), is positioned in a cylindrical form on the axis of the washing machine drum (5), and can rotate to the desired speed and direction independent of the washing machine drum (5). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, and it is characterized by; the smart drum middle shaft, controlled from the front by the servo engine, has the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive unit (1) and the first type of smart drum middle shaft engine unit (2). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, and it is characterized by; the smart drum middle shaft, controlled from the rear by the main engine, has a single unit with the second type of smart drum middle shaft (3). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1 or 2, and it is characterized by; the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive unit (1) has the first type of smart drum middle shaft carrier main shaft (11), the first type of smart drum middle shaft sealed bearing (12), the first type of smart drum middle shaft back cover (13), the first type of smart drum middle shaft carrier bearings (14), the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15), the first type of smart drum middle shaft body cover (16), the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17), the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover (18) and the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover screws (19). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; the carrier main shaft (11), which carries and rotates the washing machine drum (5) extending to the main engine unit at the rear of the washing machine (A), carries the first type of smart drum middle shaft sealed bearing (12), the first type of smart drum middle shaft back cover (13), the first type of smart drum middle shaft carrier bearings (14), the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15), the first type of smart drum middle shaft body cover (16), the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17), the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover (18) and the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover screws (19). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft sealed bearing (12) which prevents leakage of liquids or gases inside the washing machine drum (5) into the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft back cover (13) fixed on the first type of smart drum middle shaft sealed bearing (12) and to the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15), preventing the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17) from contacting the washing machine drum backplate (51). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft carrier bearings (14) that carry the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15) and enable it to rotate in the desired speed and direction independently of the washing machine drum (5). The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15) that rotates the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17) mounted on it by means of flat section surfaces parallel to each other. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft body cover (16) that completely covers the front part of the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15) and prevents leakage of liquids or gases into it. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17) that moves thanks to the parallel flat section surfaces of the first type of smart drum middle shaft body (15), ensuring the abrasion of the textile materials, that is, getting an effect. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 4; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover (18) that prevents the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive material (17) from coming out of the first type of smart drum middle shaft back cover (13) and makes the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive unit (1) rotate in the same direction and speed by fixing it to the first type of smart drum middle shaft body cover (16) with the first type of smart drum middle shaft front cover screws (19).

The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1 or 2, and it is characterized by; the first type of smart drum middle shaft engine unit (2) has the first type of smart drum middle shaft inner flange (21), the first type of smart drum middle shaft speed transmission gear (22), the first type of smart drum middle shaft flanged bearing (23), the first type of smart drum middle shaft flange connection screws (24), the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine connection screws (25), the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine connection apparatus (26), and the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine (27).

14. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 13; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft inner flange (21) that squeezes the washing machine cover glass (41) between the first type of smart drum middle shaft flanged bearing (23).

The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 13; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft speed transmission gear (22) that transmits the rotational force generated by the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine (27) to the first type of smart drum middle shaft abrasive unit (1).

The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 13; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft flanged bearing (23) that squeezes the washing machine cover glass (41) between the first type of smart drum middle shaft inner flange (21) and the first type of smart drum middle shaft speed transmission gear (22) to rotate in the desired speed and direction.

17. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 2, or 13; has the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine connection apparatus (26) that provides the fixing of the first type of smart drum middle shaft servo engine (27).

25. The smart drum middle shaft as in Claim 1, 3, or 19; has the second type of smart drum middle shaft carrier bearings (322) that carry the second type of smart drum middle shaft body (33) and enable it to rotate in the desired speed and direction independently of the washing machine drum (5).

This invention; In textile washing machines, it is related to the smart drum middle shaft, which enables the abrasion of textile materials to be carried out with rotational torque.

Known State of the Art

In the textile industry, many abrasion methods such as attrition, sanding, grinding, aging and laser beam applied to denim fabrics are used to reveal a wide variety of appearances and touches of textile materials. The purpose of these abrasion methods used on all textile materials, especially on denim fabrics, is to give an effect, that is, to give the appearance of being worn out.

The most common type of etching process is the grinding process with materials such as perlite, stone dust (pumice stone dust), and pumice stone, which are generally used in textile washing machines, which are much larger than household washing machines. Today, these stone, powder, or stone derivatives are available both naturally and artificially. The effect of the textile material is achieved by the rotation effect of the drums of the textile washing machine, through throwing the necessary chemicals and pumice stone in it, making the abrasion process be effective.

The article with the patent number CN108642928A contains information on how to grind products made of denim fabric. The process of removing effects by etching is explained with all stages such as wetting, desizing, polishing, decoloring, neutralizing using water, chemicals, and pumice stone. Here, with the pumice and chemicals used together, a waste in the form of semi-liquid semi-solid slime is formed, which is very harmful to the environment. It is quite hard and costly to treat or recycle. The article with the patent number JPH06316858 is about ensuring that the denim product gets an effect and a soft touch by washing with a synthetic brush and also reduces the wastewater treatment cost. The synthetic nylon-derivative brush helps to give effect, ie abrasion, while it does not produce any waste and does not pollute the water, thus reducing treatment costs. Also, damage to the drum and noise due to impact is prevented or kept at a minimum.

The article with file number TR / 2020 / 17793 or international application number PCT / TR2020 / 051431 is related to the drum middle shaft, which performs the effect of the textile materials in the washing machine drum using only a little hot water. The drum middle shaft, which rotates with the washing machine drum and performs the abrasion process with minimum waste to the environment thanks to the natural or artificial abrasive material built on it, aims to be an ecological and sustainable process.

Purpose of the Invention

The present invention aims to achieve the effect of textile materials by using only a little hot water in the washing machine and the natural or artificial abrasive material on the smart drum middle shaft, thanks to the rotational torque.

In addition, this invention aims to be an ecological and sustainable process with minimal waste to the environment by using very little hot water in the process of getting the effect of textile materials thanks to the smart drum middle shaft.

Both do not contact the washing machine drum backplate (51) (Figure 18).

The second type of smart drum middle shaft carrier bearings (322) is fixed on the second type of smart drum middle shaft carrier main shaft (32). The second type of smart drum middle shaft speed transmission connection apparatus (312) is fixed on the front end, the second type of smart drum middle shaft speed transmission shaft (31) (Figure 19).
