An air-conditioning system, comprising: an air-conditioner main body (1), a water storage tank (2), a battery pack (4) and a power switching module (5); the air-conditioner main body (1) comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and the outdoor unit is provided with a solar panel (3); the water storage tank (2) is used to store rainwater and condensed water from the air-conditioner main body (1), and a drain pipe (20) is provided at the bottom of the water storage tank (2); the drain pipe (20) is provided therein with an electromagnetic valve (200) and a hydro-generator (201), and the water storage tank (2) is further provided with a water-level sensing module (21) and a micro control module (22); the battery pack (4) is used for storing electric energy generated by the solar panel (3) and the hydro-generator (201); the power switching module (5) is used for switching power between commercial power grid and the battery pack (4) for the use of the air-conditioner main body (1). By providing the water storage tank (2) for collecting the condensed water and rainwater, by providing the hydro-generator (201) for generating electric power using the collected water, and by further providing the solar panel (3) to obtain a significant amount of pollution-free electric energy, the power consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced.
