The present application relates to a smart fluid safety cutoff device, comprising: a main body, the outer side thereof being provided with a gas inlet, a gas outlet, and a setting hole, a first accommodating chamber and a second accommodating chamber being provided inside the main body, the first accommodating chamber being communicated with the gas inlet, the second accommodating chamber being communicated with the gas outlet, the first accommodating chamber being connected to the second accommodating chamber by means of a through hole, and the setting hole being connected to the first accommodating chamber; a cutoff member, partially passing through the through hole; and an adjusting assembly, disposed in the setting hole, the adjusting assembly being provided with a solenoid valve, the solenoid valve comprising a push rod, and the push rod being partially located in the first accommodating chamber and corresponding to the cutoff member. The adjusting assembly is operated to enable the solenoid valve to be distant from and close to the through hole, and the electromagnetic valve is only started when a cutoff function is needed to be forcibly enabled, so that the cutoff function is instantly enabled. Compared with existing products that enable the cutoff function by manual screwing, the device is quicker and more convenient to use.
