Abstract:
Provided is a smart fully-automatic vodka blending system; the method may be used for measuring the characteristic-scent peak value of vodka, automatically selecting a suitable base alcohol according to vodka specifications, performing automatic blending on the basis of the characteristic scent, and controlling a relevant actuator mechanism. A device system for implementing the described method comprises: a frequency converter, a base-alcohol tank, a pump, a blending tank, an industrial personal computer, an acquisition card, an electronic nose, a channel switching device, and a liquid-level transmitter. An automatic blending expert system preinstalled in the industrial personal computer is constituted by a database of pre-stored blending alcohols and information of each base alcohol, a base-alcohol automatic selection algorithm, and an automatic blending algorithm.
