Abstract:
A smart grill of the present invention includes: a plurality of heat generation plates arranged in a matrix form; a common row-drive conductive line for electrically connecting all of the heat generation plates of each row of the matrix at one end thereof; a common column-drive conductive line for electrically connecting all of the heat generation plates of each column of the matrix at the other end thereof; a burning-plate part consisting of a plate-like substrate with a heat generation layer and at least an insulation layer for protecting or insulating the heat generation layer laid on one side of the substrate, the heat generation layer being provided with a mask arranged at each intersection place between the row-drive and the column-drive conductive line; and a temperature control unit for adjusting separately the temperature of each of the heat generation plates by switching-control.
