Abstract:
A smart home system for controlling a device within a house through self-learning according to the present invention comprises: a communication module for transmitting or receiving data to or from a device within a house; a memory for storing a program for controlling the device; and a processor for executing the program stored in the memory, wherein the processor: automatically collects control signals for controlling the device through the communication module according to the execution of the program stored in the memory; classifies and identifies the collected control signals according to events; extracts a control signal, satisfying a pre-stored learning condition, from the identified control signals and stores the extracted control signal in the memory; and when an event corresponding to the extracted control signal occurs, reads the control signal from the memory and controls the device according to the read control signal, and the pre-stored learning condition includes at least one piece of information among type information, generation time information, and generation frequency information of the control signal.
