Abstract:
The present invention relates to a smart hybrid actuator comprising: a main body (51) having a space portion formed such that a piston (531) reciprocates therein, a flow path space portion (515) formed in a wall such that hydraulic oil flows therein, and a cover portion which is open at one side and has a rod hole (511) penetrating the other side; a driving motor (30) for driving a hydraulic pump (1) which is positioned inside the main body (51); the piston (531) which is provided in the main body (10), has a piston rod (531) that extends to the outside through the rod hole (511) of the cover portion (512), and moves along the longitudinal direction of the main body (51); and the hydraulic pump (1)which is provided in the main body (51), and which is driven by the driving motor (30) such that the piston (531) moves. The flow path space portion is formed in the wall without any additional pipes, thereby minimizing space required for installation. Circulation is carried out in the main body, thereby minimizing the influence of expansion or retraction, which depends on the heating of the hydraulic oil or outside temperature, on the strokes of the piston. No hydraulic pipes exist on the outside of the actuator, thereby solving problems related to defunctionalization of the actuator due to water leakage or shock.
