A smart lamp, a user state reminding system and a user state reminding method. The smart lamp comprises: a base (10) and a lamp body (20); the lamp body (20) comprises a lamp head (21) provided with a light source (30), and a lamp holder (22) connected to the base (10) and the lamp head (21). The smart lamp is provided with a communication unit (40), a control unit (50) and an alarm unit (60); the communication unit (40) is configured to receive image data collected by a mobile terminal and send the image data to the control unit (50); the control unit (50) is configured to analyze the image data sent by the communication unit (40) so as to determine whether to remind a user of the state thereof, and if so, send a control signal to the alarm unit (60); and the alarm unit (60) is configured to remind the user of the state thereof in a preset way according to the control signal sent by the control unit (50). The smart lamp has a simple arrangement and is low in cost; and by combining with a mobile terminal, the user state reminding system is built so as to remind the user of the state thereof.
