A control circuit of a smart lighting lamp, comprising: a Bluetooth module (110), used for networking with other Bluetooth devices via a Bluetooth mesh networking technique, also used for receiving a Bluetooth signal outputted by a terminal controller, and generating a Bluetooth digital dimming signal on the basis of the Bluetooth signal; a dimming control circuit (120), used for monitoring a voltage signal generated by a dimmer of the smart lighting lamp and generating a dimmer dimming signal on the basis of the voltage signal; a master control circuit (130), used for generating a dimming control signal on the basis of the Bluetooth digital dimming signal or of the dimmer dimming signal; and a driver circuit (140), used for regulating, on the basis of the dimming control signal, a current outputted to the smart lighting lamp. The control circuits of the smart lighting lamp allows a user not only to implement adjustments with respect to the smart lighting lamp via a terminal controller such as a smart electronic device or remote control, but also to perform dimming via the dimmer, thus enhancing operability.
