Abstract:
A smart machining device and method for a multi-face profiling stone. The smart machining device for a multi-face profiling stone comprises a profiling cutting head (20), and a material rack (30) disposed corresponding to the profiling cutting head (20), the movement direction of the material rack (30) being used as the length direction; and further comprises a turnover mechanism used for turning over a stone (50). The turnover mechanism comprises a material block mechanism disposed on the material rack (30) at one side along the width direction and an overturn manipulator (90) disposed on the material rack (30) at the other side along the width direction. A first lifting mechanism used for lifting the stone (50) from the material rack (30) is disposed below the material rack (30), the first lifting mechanism being disposed corresponding to the overturn manipulator (90). One end of the stone (50) is lifted off the material rack (30) by means of the first lifting mechanism, and the stone (50) is turned over by means of the overturn manipulator (90), thereby improving the turnover efficiency for the stone (50). Saw blades (21) can be selected and assembled according to the shape of a profiling face of a profiling stone to be machined, and the profiling cutting head (20) constructed by a plurality of saw blades (21) can directly machine a needed profiling face, and the machining efficiency is high.
