The present invention relates to an interactive fitness system and a control method therefor, the system: sensing the motion of a user, who is moving on a smart mat while wearing a wearable terminal; and providing feedback on the basis of the sensed result. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology of transmitting/receiving data to/from a smart mat and/or a wearable terminal, and determining whether a user properly carries out training on the basis of the transmitted/received data.
