Abstract:
A smart online fault detection and warning method utilized in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) room. The method comprises: constructing a data processing center and a data acquisition center; arranging, at respective device components in a pipeline system and electrical system of the HVAC room, various signal acquisition units; acquiring, by the data acquisition center, signals acquired by the signal acquisition units at the respective device components, and transmitting, by the data acquisition center, and to the data processing center, the signals; performing, by the data acquisition center, and using a procedure, fault determination on the signals acquired by the respective signal acquisition units, and providing a fault warning. The embodiment is utilized to implement online equipment test and operating state predetermination, predict a maintenance period for equipment maintenance, online detect and determine water quality and a water level of a system, perform water treatment or supply water based on requirements, and upload the data to a smart detection system on a remote data client to perform an analysis using software.
