Abstract:
The present invention provides a smart platform for explosion-proof inspection for preventing, overall, the risk of equipment exploding, the smart platform comprising a terminal that can communicate wirelessly and input and output information from an explosion-proof inspection, and a smart system that communicates with the terminal and can process and transmit the information from the explosion-proof inspection, wherein the smart system includes: an interface unit that receives information from the explosion-proof inspection, which is input via the terminal; an output unit that processes the information input from the interface unit and outputs the processed information to the terminal; a database management unit in which information required to carry out the explosion-proof inspection is stored; a control unit for controlling the flow of data between the terminal and the smart system; a danger area setting unit that determines the rating and range of an explosion danger area; an installation design support unit for ensuring that equipment is installed on the basis of the equipment ID registered in the database management unit, the explosion danger area rating determined by the danger area setting unit, a gas group, and a temperature rating; an on-site installation support unit that determines suitability by comparing the result output from the installation design support unit and the information about the installed equipment; and an approval unit for permitting equipment installation or inspection.
