Abstract:
A smart rebar connector comprises outer sleeves (1) and a connection sleeve (7). The outer sleeves (1) are respectively installed at two ends of the connection sleeve (7). A rebar engagement member (2), an inner cap (3), a spring (5) and an end cap (6) are provided inside the outer sleeve (1). The rebar engagement member (2) is installed at an inner side of the outer sleeve (1). The inner cap (3) is installed inside the rebar engagement member (2). One side of the rebar engagement member (2) close to the connection sleeve (7) has a diameter greater than a diameter of the other side of the rebar engagement member (2) away from the connection sleeve (7). Each of the two ends of the connection sleeve (7) is provided with the end cap (6). The end cap (6) is installed inside the connection sleeve (7). The spring (5) is installed inside the end cap (6) and positioned between the rebar engagement member (2) and the end cap (6). The connector has a simple structure and can be installed conveniently and quickly, thereby greatly reducing required human and material resources and time costs. The connector has a stable structure and high strength after installation.
