Abstract:
A smart sine-wave boost conversion device, comprising: an input rectifier unit (10), a high-frequency modulation unit (30), an inductance filter unit (40), an inverter unit (50), and a filter control unit (20). The high-frequency modulation unit comprises an energy storage inductor (L2), a first switch transistor (Q7), and a fly-wheel diode (D24); the front end of the energy storage inductor is connected to an output end of the input rectifier unit (10); the rear end of the energy storage inductor is connected to a drain of the first switch transistor and an anode of the fly-wheel diode; a source of the first switch transistor is grounded; and a gate of the first switch transistor is adapted to access a PWM pulse signal. The inductance filter unit comprises a filter inductor (L3); the front end of the filter inductor is connected to a cathode of the fly-wheel diode; the rear end of the filter inductor is connected to the inverter unit. The filter control unit comprises an electrolytic capacitor (C1) and a second switch transistor (Q12); the positive electrode of the electrolytic capacitor is connected to the output end of the input rectifier unit; the negative electrode of the electrolytic capacitor is connected to the drain of the second switch transistor; and the source of the second switch transistor is grounded. The device has a good boost conversion effect, is convenient to carry, and can avoid damages to a load and interference on a power grid.
