Abstract:
A smart stir frying device, comprising an ingredient supply bin (1), an ingredient collection hopper (2), and a stir frying wok (3). A baffle plate (4) is provided between the ingredient collection hopper (2) and the stir frying wok (3). A valve (5) is provided on the baffle plate (4). The stir frying wok (3) is spherical and is provided with an opening on an upper side thereof; a hood (6) is provided outside the stir frying wok (3); a sliding cover (7) is provided on an upper side of the hood (6); the sliding cover (7) is slidably connected to the hood (6) by means of sliding rails; one end of the stir frying wok (3) is provided with a hot air port and is connected to a hot air circulation fan (9) by means of a hot air pipeline (8), and the other end thereof is provided with a fume outlet pipe (10); an oil filter (11) is provided on the fume outlet pipe (10); an oil receiving tray (12) is provided below the oil filter (11); an ingredient holding mechanism is provided below the stir frying wok (3). As compared with the prior art, the smart stir frying device can implement the integration of ingredient feeding, stir frying, dish holding, and washing, and can effectively alleviate human labor intensity and improve quality of lives.
