Abstract:
A smart switch cover apparatus comprises a housing (1), a circuit control unit, and a mechanical actuation component. The housing (1) covers a switch and forms a groove between the housing (1) and the switch, and the circuit control unit and the mechanical actuator component are located within the groove. The circuit control unit comprises a power supply module (3), a wireless communication module, a controller module, a motor drive module, and a motor (4). The mechanical actuator component comprises a pinion (5) and a rack (6), both ends of the rack (6) are provided with a lug (7), the pinion (5) engages with the rack (6), the pinion (5) is used to drive the rack (6) to move within the groove, and the lugs (7) are used to contact with the switch during the movement of the rack (6) so as to control the turning on/off of the switch. Compared with the prior art, the smart switch cover of the present invention can realize the function of remotely controlling a switch without causing damage to the original switch, and is convenient to install.
