Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a smart terminal, and a smart lamp and a control method and system therefor. The control system comprises the smart lamp and the smart terminal. The smart terminal is used for acquiring state information of a user, and the smart lamp is internally provided with an information exchange unit, a control unit and an alarm unit. The smart terminal acquires the state information in real time, the state information including head position information, left arm position information and right arm position information. The information exchange unit receives the state information sent by the smart terminal, and the control unit determines whether the sitting posture of the user has deviated. If the sitting posture of the user has deviated, a prompt instruction is generated and sent to the alarm unit, so as to give the user a prompt about the state. Hence, the smart terminal, and the smart lamp and the control method and system therefor provided in the present invention can monitor the usage state of a user in real time, and when the body deviates, an alarm is sent to prompt the user about correction of the body state, enabling the user to always keep using the lamp in the correct state.
