A smart user-experience device and a smart helmet. The smart user-experience device comprises a display apparatus (1) and a viewing apparatus (2), and further comprises: a detection apparatus (3) which is located on the side of the viewing apparatus (2) facing an experiencer and used for detecting the diopters of eyes of the experiencer; a vision correction apparatus (4) which is located on the side of the viewing apparatus (2) facing the experiencer, connected to the detection apparatus (3) and used for performing vision compensation for the visual acuities of the experiencer according to the diopters detected by the detection apparatus (3). Accordingly, said device can perform different vision compensations for experiencers having different visual acuities, so as to enable a nearsighted or farsighted experiencer to see an image clearly without wearing glasses during the experience, avoiding the pressure to the eyes during the experience due to the wearing of glasses for an extended period of time.
