Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a smart video processing apparatus, comprising: an image obtaining module for obtaining image or video data; a smart module for processing the obtained image or video data; and a communication module for implementing the communication between a smart video processing apparatus and an external device and receiving configuration information of the external device for the smart video processing apparatus, the configuration information being used for extending a function of the smart video processing apparatus. On the basis of implementing a basic smart analysis function, the smart video processing apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present invention can extend other functions according to specific requirements of a user and extend a plurality of new hardware modules according to the requirement of a scenario. Therefore, an open and extendable smart video processing apparatus is provided such that the user can freely develop a smart analysis application according to the specific requirements, and selects to extend new modules according to different application scenarios, thereby improving the compatibility of the smart video processing apparatus and enlarging the range of application of the apparatus.
