Abstract:
A smoke circulation pipe having cooling and dehumidifying functions, comprising a first pipe section, a second pipe section and a third pipe section which are sequentially connected in a smoke conveying direction; the upper portion of the first pipe section is externally connected to a cold air intake pipe; the middle lower portion of the first pipe section is provided with a gas uniforming device; a laval pipe structure is provided inside of the first pipe section; the bottom of the second pipe section is provided with a sewage discharging opening which is controlled to be opened or closed by means of an automatic water discharging valve provided inside of the second pipe section; a demister and a humidity detector are provided at the upper portion of the third pipe section; and an electric regulation valve is in linkage with the humidity detector. Said smoke circulation pipe can actively introduce cold air which accelerates the condensation of vapor in smoke, and provide the demister and the humidity detector at the rear end to ensure that most of condensate water in the smoke circulation pipe is collected and discharged, thereby preventing the condensate water from corroding the pipeline and being harmful to the operation of a pulverizing system.
