Abstract:
The present invention relates to a smoke-free disposable cooking container that allows delicious grilling without smoke by using a microwave oven, and convenience food using same, wherein frozen preserved food or foodstuffs placed in the container are heated and cooked in a microwave oven under an atmosphere of steam trapped inside the container during heating. Therefore, the flavor of pork belly, etc. can be sufficiently enjoyed without producing smoke, and thus can be easily enjoyed indoors or outdoors. In addition, the environmental load can be reduced as much as possible due to extremely easy clean-up and recyclable inner and outer boxes.
