Abstract:
A smokeless barbecue oven comprises a base (1) and a housing (2) placed above the base (1). The housing (2) is of a hollow structure. A bracket (3) is placed above the housing (2). A charcoal tray (4) is placed in the bracket (3). One or more fans (5) are disposed on the base (1). One or more air passages (6) corresponding to the fans (5) are disposed in the barbecue oven. The air passage (6) is obliquely formed in a curved manner and forms an angle with the vertical axis of the barbecue oven. By means of the structural improvement, the problems in the prior art that the temperature of the barbecue oven in the working state is not even, the firepower is not adjustable and heavy smoke is generated when the wood char is not fully burnt are effectively solved. The smokeless barbecue oven has the characteristics of a simple and proper structure, reliable performance, low manufacturing cost, even and adjustable firepower, simple and convenient operations, is energy saving and environmentally friendly, is clean and hygienic, does not generate smoke because the charcoal is fully burnt, has high heat efficiency, etc., providing users with genuinely smokeless barbecue and cooking. Because major parts are made of stainless steel, the smokeless barbecue oven is durable and highly practical.
