Abstract:
The present invention provides a smoking article comprising a combustible heat source. The smoking article includes: a first part including a combustible heat source; a second part including a tobacco material; an airflow hole extending from the downstream end of the first part to the upstream side of the combustible heat source; and a buffer space located between the first part and the second part and connected to the airflow hole, wherein the airflow hole does not penetrate the combustible heat source. The smoking article can improve combustion sustainability by using a combustible heat source to which an airflow hole is applied.
