Abstract:
A snap-fit crank housing combination structure, comprising a crank housing and a crank; the crank housing comprises a crank outer housing and a crank inner housing, the crank inner housing is composed of a left inner housing, a right inner housing and a lower inner housing, the left inner housing and the right inner housing are fitted and sleeved outside a middle rod, after the left inner housing and the right inner housing are fitted, a crank handle mounting hole is formed at the upper end, the crank outer housing is sleeved outside the left inner housing and the right inner housing by means of a guiding fit manner, the lower inner housing is inserted into the crank outer housing from the lower end and is fitted and sleeved at the lower ends of the left inner housing and the right inner housing by means of a snap connection; one end of a crank handle is mounted in the crank handle mounting hole and is connected to a crank shaft, and one end is connected to a crank head, and the outer surface of the crank head is made of natural rubber. The present utility model has a simple and reasonable structure, is easy to assemble and disassemble, has a beautiful appearance, and not only can satisfy the requirements of replacing various types of housings, but also can improve the comfort of a customer during use, thereby improving the product quality and use experience of the customer.
