SNAPLOCK
This device is fitted to the bottom of wheeled toolboxes as used in commercial garages and many factories. One part of it is secured to the floor of the workshop and the other to the toolbox. When necessary to secure the toolbox the two parts are lined up together and a locking pin or clasp is then put through both pieces to secure them as one piece and stop movement of the toolbox.
