Abstract:
In order to effectively increase the snap-action force of a snap mechanism, this snap mechanism (60) is provided with: a trigger rod (67) which has a recessed portion (67b) in the lateral surface and which moves in the axial direction when acted on by an outside force; a snap rod (64) which is arranged laterally of the trigger rod (67) and which has a retaining hole (64c) that opens towards the recessed portion (67b); a hold pin (62) which is disposed so as to be capable of entering and retracting from the retaining hole (64c) and which retains the snap rod (64) by entering the retaining hole (64c); a trigger ball (65) which is arranged inside of the retaining hole (64c) and which, when pressed by movement of the trigger rod (67), presses the hold pin (62) in the retraction direction to release the snap rod (64); and coil springs (68, 69) which elastically deform with movement of the trigger rod (67) and move the snap rod (64) with an elastic force when the snap rod (64) is released.
