Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a snap tap which is equipped with a saddle and of which the position does not easily deviate with respect to a water pipe. This snap tap 1 with a saddle, which in order to branch a water flow, is attached to a water pipe P at least the outer periphery of which is made of resin, comprises: a resin saddle part 2 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the water pipe P; a torso part 3 which is attached to the outside of the saddle part 2 with respect to the water pipe of the saddle part 2, and which has a built-in valve body 311 for opening/closing a flow path provided therein; and a protrusion 6 which protrudes on the inner peripheral surface of the saddle part 2.
