Abstract:
The present invention relates to a snoring relief pillow system and a method of controlling a snoring relief pillow, wherein the snoring relief pillow system is configured to secure the airway of a snoring user by adjusting the height of an air pocket attached to a pillow. The snoring relief pillow system comprises: a pillow comprising a pillow body and an air pocket, the pillow body comprising a front head support part and a cervical spine support part connected to the head support part, and the air pocket having an air inlet coupled thereto; a control device for controlling the height of the air pocket by supplying or discharging air to or from the air pocket through an air tube connected to the air inlet; and a mobile device for collecting sounds generated by a user during sleep via a microphone to determine and analyze a snoring condition, and for transmitting, to the control device, a command to supply or discharge air, wherein the air pocket is disposed vertically beneath the cervical spine support part.
