Abstract:
According to the present invention, provided is a snoring and sleep apnea prevention system using a snoring and sleep apnea prevention device. The snoring and sleep apnea prevention system is a snoring and sleep apnea prevention device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea occurring during a user's sleep, and comprises: a sensor unit which is mounted on a part of the user's body and collects sensing information to determine symptoms of snoring and sleep apnea occurring in the user; an operation unit which is mounted on the user's oral cavity and moves the user's lower jaw according to the sensing information; and a control unit which controls the operation unit on the basis of the sensing information sensed through the sensor unit and thus controls the operation unit in stages so as to adjust symptoms of snoring and sleep apnea occurring in the user.
