Abstract:

The present invention provides an ice making machine in which an ice making drum is opened in a drum passage. A snow ice making machine comprises: a pipe shaft which is installed on one side surface of an ice making drum and of which a supporting part is assembled with a frame; a drum passage which is installed in the center of the pipe shaft and is opened at both ends of the pipe shaft; a drum lid which closes the drum passage so that a refrigerant does not leak, and which rotates together with the pipe shaft; a core shaft which is assembled as a fixed component with the drum lid, which is a rotatable component; a rotatable seal and a fixed seal which are separately installed as seal assemblies in the drum passage and the core shaft so as to block a leakage of the refrigerant between the rotating component and the fixed component; and a space installed in the center of the core shaft so as to introduce a coolant pipe into the ice making drum. In addition, the snow ice making machine further comprises: an ultraviolet light sterilization device; and a drive amount integrating meter for the ice making drum, an ice-making water pump and a refrigerant compressor. The snow ice making machine enables that components of the inner structure of the ice making drum can be replaced or failure of the components can be repaired by opening the ice making drum from the outside of the frame; sterilizes ice-making water through control of an ice making controller; and can usefully use the drive amount integrating meter for the management of the ice making machine.
