Abstract:
A snow removing and ice melting apparatus and a construction method thereof. The snow removing and ice melting apparatus comprises a heating device (1), a heat conducting member (2), a double-leakage protection device and a temperature control device, the heating device (1) comprises a transverse pipe (101) and a vertical pipe (102), the transverse pipe (101) is welded to one side of the vertical pipe (102), the end of the transverse pipe (101) and the bottom of the vertical pipe (102) are of a closed structure, the top of the vertical pipe (102) is movably connected to a combination device (103), a heating system and a monitoring system are arranged inside the combination device (103), the heating system comprises an electric heater (104) extending downwards to an inner cavity of the vertical pipe (102), a power line inlet (105) and a monitoring line inlet (106) are fixedly provided in one side of the combination device (103), a liquid-adding channel penetrates the interior of the combination device (103), an opening in one end of the liquid-adding channel is provided in the top of the combination device (103), the other end of the liquid-adding channel is arranged at the bottom of the combination device (103) and connected to the vertical pipe (102), the top of the vertical pipe (102) is movably connected to a waterproof cover (107), and the transverse pipe (101) and the vertical pipe (102) are filled with an anti-freeze solution. The snow removing and ice melting apparatus is simple to operate, low in cost, high in efficiency and has a long service life.
