Abstract:
Disclosed is a snowthrower. The snowthrower includes: a shaft configured to rotate around a first axis, a first auger connected to the shaft, an intake housing configured to receive at least a portion of the shaft, and a scraping assembly mounted to the intake housing. The scraping assembly includes a bottom edge configured to contact a ground, and the bottom edge is disposed frontward of the first axis.
