Abstract:
Provided is a method for detecting SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) using dried blood on filter paper, specifically a method for SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) from nucleic acids in dried blood on filter paper, including (B) a step in which an amplified nucleic acid fragment of a region including SNPs in a nucleic acid in dried blood on filter paper is used as a template, and PCR using SNP identification primers is conducted in a separate reaction system for each SNP identification primer.
