Abstract:
A soap-free cover emulsion synthesis method, comprising first synthesizing a carboxyl group-containing polymer to generate a first product, subjecting the first product to alkali neutralization and then adding a monomer dropwise to carry out a polymerization reaction so as to obtain the cover emulsion. The synthesis of the first product is specifically as follows: adding an initiator into water and performing mixing, controlling the reaction temperature to be 70-90°C, adding an acrylic monomer, an acrylic ester monomer, and a chain transfer agent, then mixing to obtain the first product. No surfactant is added in the reaction process, enabling effective reduction of pollution and the prepared emulsion to have excellent cover and color development properties.
