Title:
SOAP PACKAGING CONSUMABLE AS A SOLID DETERGENT /SOAP BOX
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/218223
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention is about producing a style of packaging box for skin and hair detergents and hygienic detergents that can be used after the main detergent consumption. To do this, solid soap packaging is used, which is made by molds in different shapes. These solid soap packaging boxes are used for washing hands, body and other hygienic items which have a hanger for ease of use, especially in humid environments. Furthermore, around this soap box, a leaf be used for its usage in places like bathroom. This method is environment friendly and compared to plastic packaging for waste production and like a significant part of paper packaging does not require cellulose and tree cutting.

Description:
1. Title of invention:

Soap Packaging Consumable as a Solid Detergent /Soap Box

2. Technical Scope of the Invention

This invention is related to the field of production and packaging of cosmetic products and packaging industries; it is also related to the manufacture and production of packaging of various cosmetic products such as liquid soap containers, shampoos, conditioners and hand and face detergents, etc. It can be used to produce a variety of health and beauty products.

3. Background of the Invention

Many centuries ago, people had to collect food from different places and bring it to their place of residence. This need led to the use of the first packages such as dried pumpkins, oysters, leaves, animal skins and other natural materials. Animal skins were used to transfer water and milk, yogurt, oil or buttermilk. Animal horns were used for transportation and bamboo for food storage; bamboo is still used in the tropics).

With the advent of the Industrial Revolution and following the importance of packaging in the design and customer acquisition, this issue was welcomed. The development of packaging led to the independence of this industry from all other industries. Competition and need caused packaging industry to occupy a significant share of the budget of manufacturing companies. Today, packaging industry has become a powerful technology. The packaging that we see today is made of metal because of its better and more durable packaging; on the other hand, we also have paper and cardboard packaging. The origins of plastic packaging go back to 1843, when Dr. Montgomerie, an African surgeon, reported that a good handle for a knife could be made using the raw material rubber. Moreover, with the invention of polyethylene in December 1935, there was an unexpected development in the UK in the packaging industry that had good thermal insulation properties.

Furthermore, the history of glass packaging is from the late nineteenth century to the present day, when chemicals have been used for packaging for many years, leading to the production of plastic waste. However, with the mentioned design, this invention, affordable and environmentally friendly shampoo packaging is used to considering marketing psychology and consumers' attraction in it.

Emphasizing on biocompatibility, removable packaging has led to the production of packaging that is less harmful to the environment and can be consumed if possible.

4. Current problems

Packaging is an important part of the industry and selling products in the market. A special competitive environment has been created for different types of packaging and various features such as beauty, application, concept, product-related, etc. are involved in the selection of packaging.

By increasing environmental threats on the earth planet and the appearance of climate change in most countries, the environmentally friendly features and biocompatibility of packaging have become very important.

At present, most packages are made of plastic and other petroleum and petrochemical products that are not biocompatible and practically become waste after purchasing products in the market. Waste that is considered in the field of waste management with a long life in nature and indecomposable for centuries, can be as a harm to the environment. A number of companies in developed countries are trying to increase the use of cellulose fibers in the manufacture of biodegradable plastics as well as focus on the development of paper packaging. While most of the supply of this cellulose is obtained from cutting trees, it can be said that a large part of packaging industry in our world causes serious damage to the planet's environment, the earth. Some developed countries are trying to reduce the risks of packaging by recycling or other methods with the latest achievements in waste management.

In this invention, an attempt has been made to offer a form of packaging, at least in the cosmetics industry and all kinds of skin and hair cleansing products, which can be consumed after using the product itself and move towards zero waste production. In fact, solid soap packaging replaces the usual boxes and packages on the market.

Solid soap packages, after using the ingredients inside, can be used to wash the skin of hands, body and even clothes. In this way, both the attractiveness of production in different colors and the change in the field of detergent packaging are operational. Therefore, this invention can help both the development of the product market and the planet's environment.

5. Objectives of the Invention

Replacing modern plastic and paper packaging with consumable soap packaging

1. Replacing plastic and paper packaging with soap packaging

2. Production of products in accordance with nature and its biocompatibility

3. One-hundred percent usability in product packaging

4. Zero waste generation in the field of this invention and biocompatibility of most products with the environment

5. Simultaneous use of two detergent products

6. Providing help to control infectious diseases by increasing environmental health because of its soapy material and the ability to remove pollution and resistance against microbes and its effectiveness in cleaning the environment

6. Description of the Invention

The main mold is in the form of a bottle with different geometric shapes in different dimensions with a volume of 100 ml of silicone, which after pouring soap, solid soap formulation (industrial tallow, dry soda, coconut fatty acid) which after baking lanolin + essential oil + Pour magnesium sulfate + sodium silicate and vegetable dye into the mold and after drying, pour 50% of PVA liquid film or com film on the inner surface of the soap and allow it to dry.

After drying, fill the soap mold part with shampoo to the desired volume and after gluing the two molds together, pour a layer of liquid soap on the main mold to form the bottle cap and fill the whole mold under the pressure of the silicone mold. Put it until it sticks completely and dries. Finally, we can place the Luffa fiber on the outer surface. This bottle has a metal part as a cutter and a fixed main lid, which is shown in the drawing, and after each use, a metal piece is used as a lid. A strap is used as a bottle hanger in a humid environment to prevent it from getting too wet.

We can use a soap mold (package) with a certain thickness and apply a layer of liquid film that is placed in the inner layer. In order to increase the strength of the outer surface of the product, we can use Luffa fiber. Moreover, for its usage in a humid environment, we can also use a metal ring and a strap. If the contents of the soap run out and if it is not needed to be used again, the soap can be grated and used, for example, for washing clothes.
