Disclosed are a socialized maintenance and operation management method and system for a vending machine terminal, and a device. The socialized maintenance and operation management method comprises the following steps: acquiring a maintenance item required by a specified vending machine terminal, and pushing related information to a related user, wherein the maintenance item is at least one of maintenance, replacement of operation consumables and cleaning of the vending machine terminal; unlocking an area, corresponding to the maintenance item, on the specified vending machine terminal; and testing a maintenance result of the specified vending machine terminal maintained by a maintenance user. In this way, the operation and maintenance of vending machine terminals can be realized in whole or in part without requiring the formation of a dedicated team, and by motivating users or using socialized resources to operate and maintain the vending machine terminals, the operating cost and maintenance cost of the vending machine terminals are reduced while facilitating use by the users.
