Abstract:
Provided is a socket by which a capacitor element can be produced without contaminating chemical conversion treatment liquid or semiconductor layer forming solution even if the chemical conversion treatment liquid or the semiconductor layer forming solution has a corrosive property, and lead wires of a positive electrode can be stably retained even if the diameters of the lead wires are different. A socket (1) is provided with a conductive socket body portion (2) in which an insertion port is provided, a resin insulation portion (5) which covers a part of the socket body portion (2) so as not to close an insertion port (37), and a resin coating portion (3) which coats at least the insertion port (37) of the socket body portion (2).
