Abstract:
This socket (20) comprises a pin block (30) that holds a contact probe array (21), and a pin plate (50) that is releasably engaged with the pin block (30). The pin block (30) has a curved part (36) that is positioned on the outside of the contact probe array (21), and that is convex facing the inside of the contact probe array (21). The pin plate (50) has an engaging unit (52) that engages with the curved part (36) in an inwardly convex state.
